Shipping Policy: New Health Products will ship all products via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) usually same day or within 24 hours of your paid order.
Note: Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) control can occasionally delay shipments to our customers, especially to those regions directly affected by these conditions, or those that rely on their hubs.
To qualify for a refund all returns must be within 30 days from date of purchase, unopened and undamaged. Please ship product to New Health Products, 1231 S. Myrtle Ave., Clearwater, FL 33756. All refunds are for product price only, shipping costs are not refundable.
